We can show that well over 80 of home buyer's begin their search for a home on the Intenet. For that reason you need more Internet exposure. For us, this includes being "Featured Home" on Realtor.com, having our own personal website at www.thesingularsolution.com and utilizing our VisualTour.com website. Don't forget the importance of Social Media Marketing.
If your home is not being marketing aggressively over the Internet, your probability of sale is reduced. Just because an agent puts you on the MLS or their personal website, don't think that is enough to get the job done.
