20 Ways to Beat the “Big Boys”

Introduction

I believe that both large and small operators have advantages and disadvantages in regard to competing against each other. I further believe that it is sensible and reasonable to differentiate to a prospective client or existing clients the advantages that your organization has over its larger competitors.

I began Consulting with various organizations 1986. Since that time, I have worked with hundreds of owners of various sizes throughout the world. A list of references and detailed information about The Odea Moyers Group, (OMG) the services we provide, is available via my website or by calling me at 469-261-5715. In recent years, with the changes taking place in various industries, many of my clients have been perplexed about how to deal with these changes. More than once, I have addressed the challenges and the opportunities facing business owners in the future.

Recently, one OMG client contacted me in a panic. They were concerned about the fact that a major player had purchased another smaller competitor in their area. They were afraid they would be “eaten” alive” by the larger and better funded organization. We discussed their challenges and the opportunities and I provided that client with my opinion and forecast of what would likely happen if they failed to address the situation.

After this meeting, it occurred to me that many of my other clients needed to hear the message that I had delivered to this particular client. For that reason, I have decided to release this information.

I believe that the 20 strategies outlined in the material, combined with thoughtful training and development, will allow you to compete and win against much larger competitors.
